The Business Matchmaking Programme adds value for both visitors and exhibitors enabling them to maximise the networking opportunities offered at Trans Africa.

For visitors and key decision makers the programme ensures a perfect fit ensuring that they meet key people exhibiting the products and services they are interested in sourcing. For exhibitors the programme provides a platform to reach key decision makers interested in sourcing their products or services.

How it Works

Pre-Show Registration

Registration is free to visitors and exhibitors through the online system. Users log on to the matchmaking website and complete a company profile indicating the products or services they are interested in. The system automatically matches exhibitors and visitors with the same interests. Simply log in to the system to review the matches made, select the companies you wish to meet and the matchmaking system will assist in scheduling face-to-face meetings.

On Show Appointments

Prior to attending the show visitors are able to print out the schedule of meetings set up and to maximise time spent at the exhibition by meeting suppliers who match their sourcing requirements. The on-site matchmaking team are also on hand to facilitate additional meetings and follow-up on scheduled meetings.
